Hey Dryheat:

You get one more shot to take another of my picks shortly...:eat3:

I'm thinking we can bang out four picks in one post. I wrap 3 picks around you. If you are interested in coming to a mutual conclusion to facilitate this, let me know.

Of course, I was anticipation Barbre in the 4th, so this may be contentious...

Well you can stick a fork in the Jags. It was a lot of fun and I just want to thank those who worked so hard on this. Helped to pass the time!

Mocking the Jaguars
R1 J Anderson DE
R2 E Weddle S
R3 Q Black LB
R4 J Beck QB

I thought I faired pretty well but hey I'm biased....and damn drunk.
:eat2: :eat1: :eat3:

well the bungles err jailbirds..errr bengals are done

1: adam carriker dt/de
2: lamar woodley de/olb
4: travarous bain cb

carriker steps in day one as starter at 4-3 tackle, and gives them flexibility to go to a 3-4 at times
woodley steps in day one as starter at strongside outside linebacker
bain is a project who will help out on special teams right away and as a nickle or dime back
overrall im pretty happy

some guys i was thinkin of in the fourth round: fred bennet cb, mike walker wr, and scott chandler te

The Cardinals were also done recently...

1) Gaines Adams, DE, Clemson
2) Tony Ugoh, OT, Arkansas
3) Justin Durant, LB, Hampton
4) H.B. Blades, LB, Pittsburgh

Cardinals see an injection of youth on defense, which isn't really that poor to begin with. DE wasn't an area of immediate need with Bertrand Berry and Chide Okeafor, but Adams will be part of a rotation and will likely play on pass-rush downs. Ugoh is an immediate starter, maybe at LT, and instantly upgrades the Cardinals line. Two LBs, including the super-athletic Justin Durant and stalwart H.B. Blades round out the top four rounds. Durant is an exciting guy who'll probably play the weakside, where he'll compete with Daryl Blackstock. Blades will be looked at inside, since Karlos Dansby holds down the strong side. Even if these guys don't start, they provide high quality depth at a position that was very thing going into the draft.

With the rest of their picks, the Cardinals would be looking at a CB (which I was disappointed not to come away with in these picks... hoping Wright would be availabe in the 4th), TE, RB, and OL.

The Cards are my pick for surprise package of the 2007 season. They have Leinart a year on, with serious receiving talent. They quietly upgraded a few areas in FA, and I think you've done a nice job on their draft.

If you don't mind a division rival making your picks, I'd do it for you as I'll be done w/ mine. Send me a PM if you'd like.

The St. Louis Rams organization would like to say thanks to every one that participated in this draft and also a special thanks to the Commish Sebman for doing a great job I enjoyed this and look forward to next time.

im so sad its done btw

I agree. Is anyone up to grading each teams mock afterwards? We could start with the teams that have finished. Maybe via polls? What do you folks think?

Good Idea cause i have no idea how i did LOL

Woodley is not a 4-3 OLB

Looks like Seattle is going to have to PM their final selection.

sebman2112 & SamBamsFan you've got mail!

I told JCT he had to change his pick right after he made it, but for some reason he hasn't. I even sent him a PM. Anyways, I picked Brandon Frye at the end of the third round, so he wasn't available for that pick.

I really enjoyed this and was glad to be a part of it. Thanks

Panther's Picks:
TE Greg Olsen
S Brandon Meriweather
ILB Buster Davis
WR Rhema McKnight

Olsen Is an immediated upgrade at At the Tight End Postion, should help them move the chains better than last year.

Meriweather fills a need at saftey. Their Secondary Should be Excellenet with Richard Marshell Added Last Year and Brandon This Year.

Buster Davis adds depth behind Dan Morgan who Has suffered Mulitply Concussions

McKnight to battle out for the #3 WR, is a good Blocker for the Run game and will go over the Middle. Should Help the Offense stay on the field.

Start voting! Who should the Steelers pick? This vote will last until 9PM

I would give them the highest rated tackle on the board. I'm really not caught up on who's taken and who isn't yet.

Right. But since he wanted an OT, and we don't know who he rated after Frye, just go to the Fox rankings or something and give him the best OT available.

After looking it up, I believe that it's Adam Koets. Therefore, I nominate Adam Koets, OT Oregon St
