I feel sorry for Malone & Ellard; I didn't think that the Saint's failures were because of the TEs & WRs.

The assistant DB coach OTOH, well that's really no surprise. The entire defensive staff might be gone
eventually.

I think that Ryan will stay. You can only do so much with what they had this year. Half the time watching them, it was like they had an entire backfield made up of Earthwind Moreland types.

Added to that, it was like half of the team was just mailing it in. Showing up and playing just enough to qualify for their paycheck, but not nearly enough to actually EARN it.

Get some quality defensive guys in there, even if it's from the draft, and let Ryan coach them up and I suspect it'll be a LOT better, though it'll likely take another year or two to see it all gel.
