Please post your comments, knee jerk reactions and insightful observations regarding today's 2014 week 15 game vs the Miami Dolphins. Please do not start other threads concerning or during today's game as they will be merged or deleted.
Game time is 1:00 PM ET at Gillette and will be televised on CBS.
Today's weather is supposed to be sunny and in the ow 40's. The winds are forecast is to be around 7 MPH but could gust up to 20 MPH by the last part of the game.
Let's hope for a good game, with no injuries, and a Patriots victory.
This is an important game today as a win will clinch the division. The Dolphins still have a chance in the division and the playoffs. The Patriots need to end their hopes for either today. Put them down early and away during the 3rd quarter, that's how I want it to go.
Philbin is on the hot seat in Miami and needs this win more than any in his career. A win makes this a non-losing season and keeps the Dolphins playoff hopes alive. More important, it would be the first sweep of the Brady-led Patriots by Miami since 2000.
Ian Eagle, Dan Fouts and Jenny Dell today. CBS doesn't think much of this game.
Wouldn't say that, they are the #2 announce team for CBS. It's just that Nantz and Simms won't call a game on the weekend unless it is the 4pm national game
Here is the list of Sunday games they've called this year
New York/Oakland (1pm regional game)
Kansas City/Denver (4pm national game)
Denver/Seattle (4pm national game)
Kansas City/SF (4pm national game)
Indy/Pitt (4pm national game)
NE/Denver (4pm national game)
Miami/Denver (4pm national game)
NE/GB (4pm national game)
Today they are doing San Diego/Denver at 4pm.
So taking out week 1 because I think that was more about them getting some practice in for the start of Thursday Night Football than anything today marks the first day that they are doing a regional game on Sunday this season and of course it involves the Broncos.
Can't wait to get pay back and really destroy the Dolphins after week one and after they opened their mouths talking crap about us!!!! We need to get off to a fast start and destroy their will!!!!
Our D has changed so much from week 1. IMO, we should be able the smother their offense. Their D could keep our passing game in check but if we use JONES GRAY then we will have success running.
