EDIT: I'm actually glad about the narrowing down to 12 teams. 14 just seemed like too many in my opinion. Then again, we're just doing this for fun, so it doesn't really matter that much.

How are we doing trades/waiver wire pickups? Do you need to paypal every single waiver pickup, or are you going to set a certain cap for the amount of waiver pickups (like 10 bucks or something) one can have before needing to square up? Just curious.
