Both ... they are physically and tactically strong.

Same problem we have had for years ... we have yet to produce quality interior midfielders.

Good athletes but never a quality old fashioned #10.

Well, that's that. I think we went as far as we could, realistically.

No knock on the team itself, it's just we are a country that sends our best athletes to four other sports before soccer.

It's talent and physical conditioning that's won the game. The US has defended superbly, but as I said to Kontra earlier, if you can't get out and get hold of the ball often, you'll tire. And they have, badly. I said earlier in the week the Belgians were everyone's dark horses. They've proved why. This group is being touted the Golden Generation, and whilst they have flaws, they're massively talented with the likes of Hazard, Mertens, Mirallas, Dembele, Lukaku, Origi, Defour, De Bruyne etc etc. And that's just up front and in midfield. They already have one of the best keepers in the world and probably the best centreback in the game at present.

No shame in losing here. You guys have been superb.
