Just two thoughts worth noting:

Tomorrow marks Tom Brady's 26th playoff game. It's more than any other QB in NFL history (Favre had 24). Only two players in NFL history have played in more: Adam Vinatieri (27) and Jerry Rice (29).

Brady has won more playoff games than anybody else, with 18. Joe Montana is next with 16. Only one player in NFL history—Vinatieri—has as many wins.

26...my how have we been spoiled...love it

Amazing....those numbers really put things into perspective on how great of a run of sustained excellence this team has had.

And to answer the OP's original rhetorical question (because I'm like that)...

Brady has been in the NFL for 14 years (2000-2013) and has been a starter for 12.

That's actually amazing, too. Hard to believe it's been that long!

8 AFCCG appearances in 12 starting years. That's pretty damn impressive.
