I had a lightbulb moment today. What if Brian Daboll hasn't been helping so much with the OL this season to groom him as the future OL coach, but to give him more well-rounded experience as a future OC? He would seem to be the clear candidate if JMcD leaves.

Chud just got fired. Maybe the rumor is true. Daboll makes the most sense. BB is always thinking ahead! He was pretty innovative as OC in the past.

Not in Cleveland, of course, but if he had any improvement in people skills since his last gig, he is the guy. Look at the players he brought in (both NY and CLE). They were solid. And he can coach. I think he just got in trouble interpersonally.

McDaniels would be a loss. But a franchise that wants to win and doesn't give a rat's --- about feelings should get Mangini.

I don't doubt that he could make a good HC, he certainly showed flashes of what could be considered successful head coaching, I just don't think he was anywhere near ready to take over our franchise when he did. I'm not even bitter about it, it just conjures up some pretty awful memories.

Agree completely. Running the ball over and over and over when the other team has absolutely no hope of stopping it is as stupid as it gets.

He made one mistake in denver, and that was staking his offense on Tebow. His other picks (Decker and Thomas) looked damn good.

Yes, except they didn't do that, Ivan. Putz decided to keep throwing when they already had 200 plus rushing yards. The Bills got one turnover off of it and several other chances with Brady throws into the dirt.
