Amendola?

With the questions about Ridley they should pick up Adrian Peterson for the rest of the season.

Ironic you mention Adrian Peterson who carried 32 times for 146 yards and a touchdown last Sunday while dealing with the career altering groin injury that has made Amendola play so badly.

Ya he might as well be sitting in a jail cell while counting as a $12-$13 million hit on the salary cap between this year and next.

The failure of Aaron Hernandez doesn't mean Amendola not meeting expectations should go unscrutinized.

He should have earned 68.5% of his $5 million salary this season despite 68.5% of the season being complete and he hasn't

This is hilarious.

This is hilarious.

Yeah so funny that I expect a player to earn his salary. Did you eat much turkey? I think the tryptophan is impairing your judgement seriously.

Think that's funny, wait until they offer Talib 3 million a year next offseason because he only "earned %60 of his salary." He's such a "disappointment."

You know, it's such a shame Amendola is such a p*ssy. It would be awesome if he was tough enough to play through pain and injury.

All you do is evade legitimate questions by responding with nonsense, why even bother logging on here if you have no intentions of having a discussion and only want to state your position and berate other posters who feel otherwise? You’re not interested in a discussion or even a debate you’re interested in being SUPER FAN who was sent to protect all players against criticism whether its merited or not.

This season Talib has shut down:

Vincent Jackson
Julio Jones
AJ Green
Jimmy Graham
Demaryius Thomas

He has earned his pay, Amendola has not so just stop with the ridiculous comments, I am trying to actually discuss something and if you have a valid view that has something other than excuses to support it I will hear you out and it could potentially shift my position on the subject but you coming on here and posting like foolish and irrational comments like this is something I cannot respect and I genuinely believe from reading other posts on other subjects that you know your **** when it comes to football and the Patriots but when you get caught up in this type of behavior and become so intent on selling someone on your beliefs you really turn into a totally different poster, as I have said to you many times I have no beef with you overall I find much of what you say to be interesting and educated, along with being humorous at times but this type of posting is like a different member all together and it is irritating to try and respond to you because I feel like you just completely disregard my sincere attempts to discuss something and instead respond with some left field statement. :idontgetit:

So what was the percentage of worth When low paid Matt Cassel took over for weak kneed Tom Brady in 2008? Must have been a record differential.

He obviously hasn't done enough hip exercises. He's out every other game.

Jules and Danny are about the same height. I don't know where that 3 inches comes from now, but it's not true.

Also, both of them are capable of playing inside and outside. It's one of their best assets, especially over someone like Welker who struggles on the perimeter over his career.

You're right. I was mistaken. However, the point still stands - Edelman and Amendola aren't mutually exclusive players.

Isn't Hernandez success his biggest problem right now? If he failed at killing Lloyd, we may never have heard about it.

Hopefully they find a way to keep Edelman because he is developing into a good WR, and i like the fact that while there is some redundancy with Amendola they are also able to complement each other. My concern is that Belichick will undervalue him and they will get outbid. And that doesn't need to happen because when you look at units as part of their cap the WR unit is not taking up anywhere near what it does on many other teams. Three of them are on pretty low money rookie deals, and right now Edelman doesn't make much. I would love to see them try to get him at 4 for 12 but i doubt his camp would bite on that. 3 for 11 might work if the guaranteed money is good, but even that is probably low, with the saving grace that slot guys are way undervaled on the whole.

Cassel's job was to be our backup quarterback and step in if Brady suffered an injury his compensation aligned with that. Amendola was supposed to step in and fill the void left by Welker departing and his compensation reflects that, his performance doesn't however.

Nobody ever called Brady weak kneed so stop with the ridiculous and untrue accusations it is immature.

You said Amendola's concussion was his own fault.

Also, when did Adrian Peterson get diagnosed with torn abductor muscles?

Do you really think these types of posts do anything other than illustrate the fact that your position lacks merit and validity? If you had an actual case to support your beliefs about Amendola you would be presenting it instead you're making off topic comments in an attempt to steer the conversation from reality.

I'm over it have a great night Ray!

Did I? Please show me where I said that. As I said in my previous post stop with the ridiculous and untrue accusations. If you want to speak in truths and actualities I will have a discussion if you're going to behave like Danny's wife and throw a bunch of untrue posts out just to attempt to discredit me please see reframe from quoting my posts I have neither the time nor the interest in playing this game with you.

As I said have a great night and happy thanksgiving!

Amendola probably should have had his surgery and gone to IR, that he was willing to forego it and try to play through it is a great credit to his toughness, a concept you can't seem to grasp. If it weren't for Vereen getting seriously hurt in that game I am guessing they would have designated him for the in season IR.

Bottom line, you have an agenda against Amendola and have been taking idiotic shot after idiotic shot at him for months, even going so far as to blame him for getting a concussion. You have basically declared him a bust because he got injured during the first half of his first season with NE. It's pretty nauseating and tiresome. I know I'm sick of it. This is the second time this season where the team has won a big game and you pound away on Amendola for the week following, it makes me want to throw up.

I'm done with it.

You sound just as foolish as the people on this site that constantly defended the Chad Johnson signing. amendola has been a total disaster for this team. Just accept it. At this point and stop clinging.

Oh look, a Brady6 thread with billion paragraph posts bashing our own players. What a unique thing. Gather round children, you can only see this phenomenon every 3 days.

3 days? More like every 3 hours.
