are all screaming about Spygate, and how they were robbed. I can't remember them getting so upset last time we played (probably because Carolina was awful), but when I point out that New England didn't have a tape on Carolina, they are convinced that the Patriots taped Carolina's practice.

Apparently, the Patriots snuck into the facilities of all 31 teams and taped them!

Really, Goodell needs to GO.

LOL, I actually don't get down there that often to see those hicks. On the other hand, I have a huge house for free on the Outer Banks whenever I want. Only trouble is, there is no road to get there. They expect me to drive on the beach!

Unfortunately, these are all transplants from New England who never followed football (all Yankee/Red Sox fans) but have now suddenly developed not only a love for the Panthers, but for heaven's, sake, DUKE! They've been down there 20 years.

I've been down here for 15 years and still don't follow college sports. Some people think it strange that I haven't sworn allegiance to one of the three schools. then again I'm a fairly die-hard patriot fan (and my wife is out of town on a business trip or I'd travel and see them live/in the stadium ).

and neither of my 2 kids have a southern accent...but, I do give them the look and tell them they'll spend the summer with their grandparents in Mass when they say "y'all"

It's funny to read all this crap, especially since we're living, eating, and breathing in ACC country up here. As the bumper sticker on my car said in college, "Teach a young child to hate Duke."

That's the other thing. One of my cousins developed a southern accent in her mid 20s.

Because that ignorant person who always tries to bring it up doesn't realize that their team, and most if not all other teams, did the exact same things before.

To clarify, other teams did that exact same thing that very season (not before)
