Game time is 4:45PM, and will be on CBS today. It is suppose to be a chilly one:

This Afternoon: Partly sunny, with a high near 44. North wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 24. North wind 7 to 9 mph. Hopefully the winds will die down before the game starts.

Let's hope, for a good game, with no injuries, and a Patriots victory.

Random fact: In 3/4 home games Dobson has been the leading receiver. I like him against PIT when they are blitzing.

It will be nice to not have to hear Dierdorf call the game today, at least Simms and Nantz are an upgrade over him. Still I wonder how long it will take for them to make excuses for Big Ben and the Steelers since they are the only team dealing with injuries...:bricks:

Dobson is definitely more talented than Thompkins.

His inactivity today is still somewhat of a surprise though.

Kinda hard to get a victory with so many injuries and problems on offense but after the Saints game I believe miracles can happen. Plus we are facing the Steelers which they also have a lot of problems.

Let's forget about this nightmarish first half of the season. The bye will help out with healing injuries and Brady can have extra time to get in sync with his receivers. Dobson and Thompkins have improved and the bye will help heal Amendola and Gronk. I truly believe the Pats offense is a sleeping giant and after the bye this sleeping giant will finally awake. Talib will be back as well and that will improve the defense. Good defense + awoken sleeping giant offense= awesome second half of the season.

But right now let's just beat the Steelers (hoping for a 59-0 victory so I can win the predict the score contest this week :rocker and go into the bye on a high note.
