Clark always looks for flags. No surprises there.

Someone needs to tell him he is not in Indy anymore....

And while their at it tell Caldwell and company Clarke and Stokley are so 2005...

I was starting to think Clark might be making a comeback.

Dallas Clark with Welkerfingers.

What coverage by Travaython. - Colinsworth

Do these guys even watch?

Manning called in a favor.

Clark still working for Manning

Very ugly drop by Clark.

LOL! Collinworth ball washing a defender who got burnt in coverage, but saved by Clark dropping an easy TD.

Neither of these teams look particularly good. While we Pats fans are fixated on a lack of depth at some positions at least we aren't bereft of offensive weapons (Ravens) or running an all JAG defense (Broncos).

Scratch that. Clark with an inexcusable drop there.

BAL has to like that half. Think they come out with a running game next half. Have to get Rice going now.

I thought I was watching the Ravens and the Broncos, but it turns out I am watching Spy vs. Spy.

1st game...too early to define

WW went onto an AFC rival. He is the enemy now. Great guy, great player. On the field: Enemy

After digesting a half of play, at it stands, neither of these teams are on the Patriots' level.

Re: Re: Thursday night opener - Ratbids @ Donkys

And you can go cuddle with your Welker doll and cry but he is not on this team anymore and moreover, it isn't Danny Amendola's fault. Was it Welker's FAULT we lost the Superbowls? No, and I never said it was. But did he show up? Did he play like he did during the regular season? No. Just like his new boy, Peyton Manning. Regular season nightmare, playoff kitten. So when he plays well during the regular season, I kind of think it is par for the course. I don't start bawling about the mistake we made letting him walk.

It's not Danny's fault you're right. But his groin injury, which some might call "par for the course" btw, is juat one more element that makes tonight tough.

Welker not performing well in the big dance does not negate his value to the team. Especially when those games were lost for far greater reasons.

Can't wait till Brady leaves, that chump and his superbowl safety. Lol

Welker is not on the field during two-receiver sets. I think I've even noticed a few three-receiver sets where he was not on the field.

Lol it's only inexplicable when you totally dumb down the situation like that.

It's not that it's because we're watching a former fan favorite catch balls from a rival qb for the first real game while his replacement, "inexplicably" labeled injury prone sits nursing his groin.

Is it really tough to explain that some fans are still having a tough time with this? Lol gimme a break

Oh is he out for this Sunday? Otherwise, I'm not sure what to make of "sits nursing his groin" considering the reports out of practice are that he looks great and has no limited movement.

Anyway, I'd rather hear about Danny Amendola nursing his groin than read about you rubbing your groin over Wes Welker every damn week.
