I think this would be a safe bet. Trying to develop Tebow is a luxury of having Brady taking all the regular season snaps.

If somebody is in the position of "backing up" Mallett, I doubt they're any more capable of playing "nfl football" than Tebow. Mallett was just barely better than Tebow in his last appearance, remember...

And who would you even pick up? Would you really rather lose with Jamarcus Russell, than Tebow? Perhaps losing "Senile Favre Style" would feel slightly more stylish than the standard style of losing?

At this point, it's "love the one you're with", "for better or for worse", blah blah. Just gotta tough it out til Brady's back. (good thing this is probably all hypothetical anyway)

Because the grafting procedure lacked one vital ingredient - a nearly-indestructible "camp body"...

Wax that's the funniest Tebow sig I have ever seen

no he's not. THAT distinction belongs to the true Sultan of Suckitude...

now y'all know the REST of the REAL story....

LMAO- Sultan of Sucktitude...hahaha. Yes, the Jets. Yes, Sanchez. I can just see BB trotting out TT for a play or two when the Pats play the Jets....hopefully having TT do something spectacular once the PATS are up by 30 pts--just to tweak the Jets. THAT would be worth the price of admission. #RevengeForTebow :rocker:

Well if there is one thing Tebow is good at its late game heroics. So once we are up by 30 pts in the 4 quarter trot Tebow in and let him run it up more :rocker:

Everyone knows Tebow is the worst QB in the entire history of existence .
I agree (10charachterminimumsarestupidbecauseyouhavetodocraplikethis)

I think the best answer for why did this team sign Tebow is:

Because we could ...

How many teams could sign Tebow as the 3rd string QB ...
A 3rd string QB who does not even remotely threaten the job of the #1 QB.
Give him much time and attention in grooming him ...
Probably have a few plays in the book to use his talents if need be ...
Not because we have to or need to ... just because we may want to exploit something we see ...

While not skipping a beat ... how many teams could do this???

Way to go!!!

Lets get joker in here to throw some more hyperbole and vitriol towards Tebow fans and we can start a new run to push this thread over the mark.

Tebow throws a football like Ahern makes decisions with guns in his hand.

Life changingly bad.

Thats what I'm talking about!

I'll keep it rolling

Tebow was the sole reason Denver won all of its games. I think he'll eventually push brady for the starting roll and will be the MVP of Superbowl XLIX

What's the difference between Ahern and Tebow?

Some people on patsfans are still rooting for Ahern.

What do you mean "eventually?" Everybody knows that Tebow is the greatest NFL QB ever and has been since the first day he was in the NFL.

Brady needs to suck it up, know his role and just sit back and learn all he can this year from Tebow, then, when he's traded, perhaps he can apply what he's learned with his new team. I'm sure that BB will be able to get at least an early 3rd for him. Maybe even a 2nd.

3rd or maybe a 2nd? You're kidding me, he's 36 and washed up.. I doubt he even gets picked up by anyone.

I heard that the cfl needs 2nd string QBs, maybe he could get picked up there. But I doubt it.

Another cultist attempt to make the Tebow critics look silly.

Pssssst.....you're doing it wrong.

It's called sarcasm. I just thought it was funny. Don't take it so seriously in an internet forum discussion about a 3rd string qb.

Psssst.... I don't care.

A lotta people don't seem to understand how pissed the **** off everyone was when sources said Tom Brady was fine.

This is Tebow's time, as depicted in the book of Genesis 51:1. In the King James version, though not in these exact words, Jesus told this man to lose to the Patriots in 2011 because it wasn't time yet. Tebow, being the strong and loyal servant of God that he is, allowed Tom Brady to defeat him that day in the playoffs. But in Revelations 30:5 and Jobs 68:10, Tebow shall rise to grant New England a fourth piece of heaven's divine kingdom. In layman's terms, a new Superbowl ring.

That's good. :youtheman:

Brick, we don't need to do anything to make you all look silly as you all do a fine enough job of it already.

We're just having some fun.
