Bruins vs Chicago (Because it's the Stanley Cup)

Wow, the Blackhawks are really inside the heads of the Bruins. They are playing more like the team who wants the Stanley Cup right now.

it's very obvious the past 2 games who wants it more..well get 1 before end of 2nd and they are back in it. But their play gives me no confidence saying that...

Bergeron hurt..can't stay out there...great

already over this game :bricks:

glad seguin still plays...yikes

bergeron taken out in ambulance...very depressing :(

and what is with the Bs getting basically no PPs? High stick clearly..nothing...hook...nothing...

The little breaks once again have gone Chicago's way. That's how close playoff sport can be! Onto game 6.

Bs are winning game 6. They are going to come out flying.

Remember..they were shutout in game 5 in 2011 against the divers and had to win 2 in a row. it isn't impossible.

But if bergeron is out for game 7...i have little confidence...

They have to call that trip on Krug at the end. Especially b/c it led to a BH goal. Would have had 6 on 4 for 30-ish seconds. Might have been enough to force OT.

EDIT: Bad memory: PP would only have been for 15 seconds. Still...

Soderberg's play makes that choice of Daugavins for Games 1-4 look like a potentially catastrophic mistake given how close the losses have been. He made more plays in the first period than Daugavins did in 4 games.

Win one for Bergy on Monday.

player safety looking into boychuck hit....

Blackhawks playing with more discipline right now ... and it's a huge difference. Hopefully Claude can get the guys back to our system and stop giving the Blackhawks all those power plays. Even though we stop them it's still 2 more minutes of less offense for us.

On the final Blackhawks goal, wasn't the trip on Krug a penalty that caused the turnover?? If so it would have been given the Bruins an extra man advantage for the last 30 seconds......

yup..but the refs were major homers last night...bs barley get any penalties which chicago can skate through the all. Bs are 28% in this series too...very good...

the ice will be a issue tonight. hot and humid all day. expect lots of bouncing pucks.

I don't think I'll make it through this game. Let's go Bruins.

Playing with a lead? This is a first!!!!

krug almost pulled that move off!

The Bruins should be up 3-0. Hopefully that won't come back to haunt them. They dominated Chicago in the first. I'm looking for the Blackhawks to push back hard in the second period.

chicago won that period inspite of the score . 32 vs 8 shots. Hopefully its not another game 2 in reverse.
