I wouldnt disagree with you... he could very well target one there.

However, he hasnt had the best track record in draft CBs (or WRs).

Revis, outside of injury, in a known (great) commodity.

A 1st Round CB could be a great commodity.

Again - it is not my opinion that this will happen...was just speaking to what I saw on twitter (and in response to Jack).

I said suck next year. How long did it take Asante to be good? Arrington is an easily upgradable player hardly a find. Dennard is good, but the evidence is almost entirely in the favor of them drafting a bust CB with that pick than it is drafting even a competent CB #1.

We never drafted Arrington.

He was with the Eagles in 2008 and the Bucs in 2009.

Until someone else picks up on this rumor, I am going to ignore it. We recently did a comparison of IB tweets/rumors and I believe the findings were less than 20-30% of stories that he broke himself.

If someone else reports it, fine. I would be excited. Apparently Belichick may feel that he'd much rather spend top money on a CB than a WR if this ends up being true. To me that'd make a lot of sense.

Bob is right about 5-10% of the time. The offer could be real, but I seriously doubt the Jets would consider it.

BTW, Bob on his Twitter gave him a perfect out. The Pats made an offer, but the Jets haven't responded. If it is BS, he will just report they declined it.

If the pats actually offered that package and the jets don't take it they're even dumber than I thought
