You were a true patriot and poured your heart and soul into your play.

Thanks for putting up HOF numbers while on the Pats. Good luck in denver.

Thanks Wes

Thanks for the memories Wes. He'll be a Patriot Hall of Famer one day. Here's my favorite Welker moment with his "you ******* suck" to the colts being a close 2nd.

A favorite Patriot of mine without reservation. One of the toughest players I've ever seen play.

Sorry to see him go.

Seriously leemo, why be a douche? The guy did a ton for this organization and you reduce it to that? I was as pissed off as anyone about that drop, but pay the man some respect for what he did for the team.

Thank you for really trying your best to stay but it seems like in your whole career you've been undervalued again.

Best thread of the day :rocker:

Oh sorry, only sentimental BS allowed?

The dude did a lot for this team. Hell, if Samuel or Meriweather make that game sealing pick in super bowl 42 he's probably mvp of the game.

Yes, lets only focus on the drops and not on any of the catches that helped us get to the big games. :bricks:

Thank you for your time and your hard work Wes. Best of luck.

One last time for Wes, let's hear it.

WELKAAAAAAAAH'!!!

Good luck in Denver until you play us. Thanks for moving the chains and all the great seasons.

Now I put my faith in Belichick and believe he knows what he's doing.

Thanks Wes Welker for the great years!

Thanks for the years you spent here. Assuming that the Patriots' offer was for less than 2/$12, I don't blame you a bit for leaving.

I think Bob Kraft lost some respect and credibility when he said that he wanted you to be a Patriot for life while he was low-balling you on a contract.

I hope that I don't have the same feeling watching Patriots CBs try to cover you as a Bronco that I did when you were a Dolphin.

Guns Up.

Welkah!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish Welker the best of luck. I think fans have the right to demand that the players we cheer and spend our money on give 100%. IMO Welker met that on all counts and is one of the toughtest players in the league.

I understood the team not going way out there on a long term deal but like many i saw two years at $6 million as reasonable given his production.

Hope you find what you're looking for buddy and don't let the Manning Face get ya!
Thanks for the memories.

No. Can't say good luck when you're playing for the Donkeys.

But I can say. Thanks for all of the brilliant games and memories.

Six years here and four of those years the Pats put up >500pts, including the highest and 3rd highest scoring seasons in NFL team history. A bazillion catches. For a team game, you did your part about as good as anybody ever did. Best of luck in Denver.

Regards,
Chris

I'd put him as the best Patriots receiver in history -- balancing years of service vs production
