Peyton Manning is 36, has had four neck surgeries and can't throw the ball more than 15 yards in the air when it gets cold out.

Flacco is in his prime and his playoff numbers speak for themselves.

Their best case scenario for 2013 would be franchising him, even that leaves them only about $1M under the cap still needing to resign Reed and Kruger to new contracts (both would be losses if not brought back). Dunno how much they'll save with Lewis's retirement, but they are going to have a tough offseason.

I hope Flacco signs a $20 million a year deal with the Ravens.

It'll mean less money for them everywhere else.
