We are trying to come to grips with the fact that our team will suck for years to come. Many regulars are starting threads simply to get a rise out of others, who end up taking the bait. It's actually making this one of the more enjoyable post-game messageboard nights for many Jets fans.

Actually got a chance to watch a little Jets-Sea game today.

What fun. what a release after watching our secondary make Fitzpick6 look like an all-pro. Some semblance of return to normality. (pats have W on scoreboard and .... Jests Suk suk suk.)

Anyway; trying to decide what was the best point of the game:

tv showing graphic "8th animated gesture by Rex Ryan today. Season average is 9 per game." and the announcer saying - 'it's bad when your production crew is keeping track of stats like that' (unspoken: 'instead of Offensive stats').

announcers saying that the half-time analysis was that the 'jests are pathetic and have no hope'

or the pathetic announcer sanchize-lackeys saying:
1. 'sanchize rifles it in there' (as a fluttering duck barely makes to the back side of the receivers range of grasp when he WAS soooo wide-open; then gets crucnched as the DB catches up).
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY:
2. 'I don't know why they rotate this guy (Tebow) in there; it disrupts the entire flow for the QB.' (on play immediately after the duck; and when Tebow actually runs for a 1D for 6 yards).

NOTE: (More Doofus announcerisms) The announcer then criticizes the play calling for running this same exact play 4 times (THAT WAS SUCCESSFUL by the way) with Tebow and that Sea had it all figured out. Pardon me for being stupid; but if Sea had it all figured out; why wasnt it stopped in the backfield instead of going for 6. I mean he had a good pt that you should show one thing and fake it the 2d or 3d time to do another; but It WORKED. And certainly the SANCHIZE was doing ANYTHING BUT WORKING.

I think before the season I said game 7 or 8 was when Jesters would replace Sanchize with Tebow. But I failed to account for RExy's stubborn streak. He is the Titanic captain....... going down with the ship in defense of sanchize. (unfortunately for him, Sanchize as a 'first-mate' is a Costa-Concordia captain who will be the first one on the life-boat and be blaming the captain the whole time). And if you don't do it after this performance in Sea; I think he will ride sanchize to the unemployment line.
