Game Day Thread The Official Week 6 Pats at Seahawks Thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

I know its nice to pimp the records, but who really cares who scores the TD?

I agree, although I will admit that I like when Brady gets awesome numbers to pad his HOF stats.:rocker:

I'm not real happy about Bequette being an healthy (we assume) scratch. He was drafted to be a OLB/DE in the late 3rd round, and if he can't even dress for a game where we are missing 2 OLB's due to injury already, just when is he going to get to play.

Of all our draft picks, Bequette is the most disappointing....to date. I don't see a situation where this kid is going to make a contribution this year. That's a shame since everyone else but Ebert is doing better than we have a right to expect. That 5 out of 7 clear hits plus Bequette and Ebert who was the biggest long shot to begin with.

Hard to complain about those results, but its still not good when you've been passed by UDFA's

Bequette is way too big to play OLB. If anything, he's a DE/DT.

I hope Chandler can get a few sacks today. I know he has to be frustrated with how he's being held, but he's still coming so close to sacks.

I'm feeling pretty relaxed about this game. Can't quite pinpoint why though. And by no means am I taking Seattle lightly.

I was quite relaxed but now Iam officially very nervous especially with the AFC east teams winning, the pressure is on .

Yeah, the Pats definitely have to keep things rolling this week. They cannot let the other teams close the gap.

That plus the fact that the pats were under the weather and thin LB corps. If we dont stop lynch we will be in big trouble.

The front seven has been stout in pretty much every game except the Baltimore contest. You're right, but I'm not incredibly concerned with Lynch. I really think it's the other side of the ball that matters more. The Pats need to be able to run the ball and protect Brady on passing downs. That's every game, but it's especially important against a team that plays so well on defense.

IIRC he weighs less than Hightower. He's listed at 265

What time is Kick Off?

Ravens continue to get bailed out by the refs

Bequette plays a completely different position than Hightower or White.
The guys keeping him inactive are Francis, Scott and Cunningham.
Many rookies just aren't ready. I don't think the fact that Francis has earned the right to wear a uniform and not play instead of Bequette means much going forward.

I hate when that happens. Wasn't a priority during the SB winning years. I like last weeks numbers juuuuuuuuuust fine.

Expecting to see plenty of bunch plays (e.g., trips) and stacks and underneath routes to stay away from the physical CBs.

Damn, it's loud.

Seattle wins toss and we get the ball to start off but this may be good. If we score early, we negate that 12th man effect.

Hern at HB.

Woodhead is back on KR duties. No McCourty.

Hernandez looking like he hasn't missed a beat.
