No, because of forward progress (sort of). Although he didn't go anywhere, the contact was made outside of the endzone.

People who don't truly understand the game will beg to differ. It's astounding that there are people complaining about the secondary. It's as if they don't expect any Titan's receiver to make a catch the whole game. Even the vaunted defenses give up completions.
