The Oline is brutal though. I hope this isnt a sign of things to come. Let's hope for very few injuries on the Oline this year. Not alot of depth there, at least not as much as we all thought....

you guys notice how fast and how FAR Mallett is dropping back? Seems like a Josh adjustment to keep him from being killed. Not just pressure from RDE but up the middle over both OGs.

Overall I like what I'm seeing from Mallet. With better O-line play he'd be doing even better. He stands tall and calm in the pocket. Seems to have developed better touch on the short passes.

Decent first quarter, defense looks good and for a 2nd string offense it's not doing badly against a strong defensive line, the offensive line could be better but remember it is missing both guards meaning 3 positions are weaker (LG, C, RG).

I have actually been impressed with mallett's ability to avoid the rush. The OL hasn't helped against a good eagles Dline.

I'm impressed with Vereen. He's churning out yards despite atrocious O-line play.

And hes making them INSIDE, at his size and speed he should be making them on the outside. Hes better suited for the out side
