I agree, the Beans are in for a rude awaking this season. We've all seen discussed the aging roster, salary cap depth issues, lack of solid QB's, inner turmoil, poor mgmt, bad drafting, coaching message wearing thin and other issues they're up against. But I'd like to add this to the fire; The fact that the league has FULLY caught up to their defensive tactics. We saw this starting last year as teams adjusted via new personell, new schemes or both, mostly in the AFCE. This trend will only continue throughout the league this year, making it even tougher to get their same old defensive results. Throw in the lesser skilled players and above problems, and it could make for a long year for their D, which they're counting on to carry them I'd imagine. I don't think Rex is much of an innovator or adjust-on-the-fly type of coach. In fact he seems to be the stubborn type. He won't even recognize the problems until to late. His style needs a fully stocked roster to be most effective. And the surprise factor advantage he had for the first couple seasons is gone. I'd give him less than a 20% chance he'll be around next season.
