I think its a clever move on elways part. He didn't think Tebow was ever going to be a real starting qb, so he signs manning. The fan base is excited, they don't care about Tebow now, and in a couple of years he can go get the qb he thinks carry the broncs for the future.

I meant in terms of the deal, if the Jaguars were going to pay the full cash amount plus a 4rth round pick wouldn't that have been a better deal for the Broncos?

I was surprised it was only a 4th and a 6th, i would have thought denver could have gotten more. After all Tebow is a big draw, he plays hard, and he is a winner so far.

well he was drafted as a reach in the second and his contract is less favorable now, plus he's not good

The only downside to this is that I absolutely love Tebow and hate the thought of him being on the freaking Jesters.......for his sake more than a worry of him beating the Pats.....

For anything other than Teebow's sake.....its all good.....its all very good.

Listen guys, we're going back to our old ways of about 65-35 RUN-PASS ratio. The Jets will dominate time of position and keep our defense well rested. Our defense and special teams are always going to be on par with the best in the league and we know that for sure.

Now we add another dimension on offense for opposing defenses to worry about. Tom Brady can't score if we're on offense, the same goes for every other explosive offense and QB. The Jets made a brilliant move.Adding Tebow will also help our locker room issues and will definitely bring us together.
