ST is all set for 2012, barring a change a KR, and solid player at situational DE added.

I know you are a Buffalo homer, but i have news for you. Steroid use has figured greatly into Merriman's downfall.

Well, it's hard to argue against such overwhelming evidence. The research I've done on the matter has convinced my otherwise. Did you do your homework? It has nothing to do with being a homer.

Not to mention the fact that he has little to no cartilage left in his knee.

Something else for you to chew on. Merriman has only been able to play in 23 of the last 64 games he was eligible for. The guy can't stay healthy anymore. So, you saying that he could start opposite Williams is a joke. Kelsay would start opposite Williams.

Like I said before, I know that Merriman's ability to recover from his injuries is questionable at best at this point. He's got one more shot, as I see it. He could be effective as a situational player, though...perhaps on passing downs. Don't know, but it's not something anyone is counting on. The Bills took him on as a gamble. My point was that he'd likely line up at DE in a 4-3 scheme as opposed to LB...not that we won't be showing other looks.

You need to look beyond blaming the pass rush.

Don't forget the pass from the end zone that resulted in a safety.

They simply can't run the ball when they need to.

They're one dimensional on both sides of the ball.

Can't run, can't stop the pass.
