Great play by Mayo. The D needed that.

Can I have extra MAYO with thaT please???

Come on Offense, do something with this!!

The problem is you never wanna scrub team like that get off to a start like that and have a drive like that. Just doesn't look very promising if you start thinking about the playoffs. I don't think anybody had doubts about the W.

Yeah, just like last week.

Another Patriots disaster.

Right. Play like the 85 Bears. Good analysis.

You do recall the 03-04 defense was the "bend don't break" type D, right?

I mean I'm not sure how good this Pats team is, but some of the whiners on here give Eagles fans a run for their money.

I also recall the 03-04 defense had a much more aggressive attitude and had players who could get to the QB and defend receivers. This defense relies too much on stupid mistakes by the other team. Which is why the results are better against bad teams, but not so good against better teams.

Against a team as pitiful as the Colts with Dan Orlovsky as QB, yes the defense should be giving a stronger effort than today. Allowing Two long drives against this offense doesn't bode well. They do need to develop that "killer" instinct like the 85 Bears and not be content with bend but dont break. We've seen the results the last few years.

Sorry, but it doesn't project positively for the playoffs.

With Curtis Painter, the Colts were averaging about 13 points per game. With Orlovsky (who is clearly better than Painter), they've surrendered 10. I'm not taking anything positive from this game, defensively, but I don't see it as a negative either.

Glad we've got the lead, but considering the offense is still trying, it's not looking too sharp.

May be our coach wants to lose like the way we did in Buffalo...

Why the F they are throwing instead of running the ball?

Great, more idiotic fancy pass plays. This is a tampa 2 defense that is reliant on speed and mobility and this plays right up their alley. The way to play this Colts D is to mix in a healthy amount of runs, and keep the DL off Brady.

WHY THE F are they not RUNNING the damn ball? This OC does not know how to call plays to close out games.

It looks like they're using this time as practice time for the offense and trying to fine tune the pass game, but it's looking pretty uninspired right now.

Yeah it's frustrating all right.......nice stick Ihedigbo

These 3rd down conversions are really starting to piss me off. I don't know why.

Perhaps they're trying to gear up for the playoffs (PLAAAYOFFS!??). Practice makes perfect.

I don't care if the Colts pile up garbage yards right now. It does piss me off if they drive some 20 plays and 10+ minutes on their first or 2nd drive. If that's another playoff team that does it then that leads to problems.
