At least Gruden brings a little insight and is entertaining. He never misses a chance to blast a "defenseless receiver" call or a bs roughing the passer.

Dierdorf is one of the first to make me rush to my 5.1 receiver remote to turn off the center channel.

He offers little to no insight and his voice is incredibly grating.

Strongly disagree. Gruden you may not like because he talks a lot, but what he actually says is quite interesting and demonstrates the depth of knowledge you'd expect from a former NFL head coach. Dierdorf would presumably know something about the game being a former player, but then again his expertise would be more about how to get away with being a dirty SOB on the offensive line given his history as one of the worst players in NFL history in that regard.
