I worked with athletes and sports trainers designing athletic shoes for long time, even had to do a brutal one week training camp for pro athletes in arizona to learn more about biomechanics. muscle's have memory, retraining them to do something different things with good fluid motion takes at least 3000 good reps.
I've seen people pick up different motions with FAR less reps, it usually takes long because they move WAY too fast, so with every rep they're training in bad movement. If one simply goes slow enough to get the motion just right, and only speeds up if they can sill keep the motion just right, and they'll likely be able to do it in a fraction of the time.

For the past few seasons, I've wondered why nobody's ever set up a throwing harness to have Tebow do just what you're talking about with the 3000 reps.

Apparently, we've reached the point where correcting egregious spelling and grammar errors is pedantry.
Oh Good God, he's on pace to break the all time passing yards in a season record. Any problems with the New England Patriots have nothing to do with Tom Brady. What the hell is wrong with Patriot fans?
that plus a bunch of stiffs at WR other than welker, who is more of a slot guy than a WR, would explain why he's holding onto the ball way too long.
Kerry Collins had a coach take a liking to him when he was a young boy, eventually steered him to Penn State. The guy used to show him how to grip things, wash up after, stuff like that.
Don't blame the WR's for throws at their feet, over their heads and behind them.
By the way seems a bit weird that a 10 yr vet still finds a need for a guru.

I know this is easier said then done, the Pats should give Brady the week off when
its time to play Indy.Hoyer can beat Indy heck Indy wants to lose this game.Brady
can get an extra week off and recuperate
