i dont understand every call, i admit that; but why is branch not down by contact right when he is tagged as his knee is on the turf; and only after loses the ball?
Wasn't Branch down by contact? He had possession of the ball with both knees on the ground when the defender touched him before swating the ball out. I would think that's textbook down by contact...
