Exactly. If we need somebody to run down the field and drag a competent CB with him when it suits him, he could be useful to have.

Said it before, say it again. I'm all for Randy Moss coming back. Seems like he's ate a slice of humble pie and just wants back in.
I agree with you on this. No question he knows he f'ed up....from all reports he is in gr8 shape. What r the downsides to giving him a second chance....
I'm with ya man, personally, at this point in his career I think he would be on his best behavior because he now officially knows, "this is really it".
The dude just wants a ring, what's the downside to bringing him in here? If he can take Revis 40 yards downfield to open stuff up for everyone else and contribute like we know he can against everyone else, why not?
Moss is done. Get over it. He's not coming back. the Pats don't want or need him. The Pats went 14-2 pretty much without him and he was a major contributor to one of the losses.
If he wants to be a waterboy, ballboy, or cheerleader, fine. But he will never suit up in a Patriots uniform ever again.
