I'm thrilled to have football back, there will be all sorts of opportunity to make the Patriots better and I'm hopeful that they take advantage of the opportunities.

It's so refreshing to see normal news like this, and now all of this "normal" news is going to be compacted into a pair of weeks. Something that is normally drawn out over months will unravel in a turbulent and frenzied period of time.

The universe is being restored to normal, one tweet at a time.

Willis McGahee would have been great before the patriots got Stevan Ridley. Mcgahee was great at the end of games and on the goal line to punch in a TD.

Exactly, whats the point of having mcGahee if you have Ridley (A third rounder)?

They have 5 RBs now.. theyre aren't taking 6

I read the Ravens also released Kelly Gregg.

Very interesting... there's your Kris Jenkins replacement. I suppose it makes sense for the Ravens, between Ngata's versatility and Cody. I wouldn't mind seeing him on the Pats, with Wilfork moving out to DE (as he proved he can do).

We have Green-Ellis, Woodhead, Vareen, Ridley and Clayton.

I really like Mason as a player, but earlier this offseason, he called Peyton the best QB and Ed Reed the second most valuable player in the NFL. Hence, I've decided he's too dumb to play for the Pats.
