Vikings vs. Jets Thread

Bomb to Moss on 1st down. I have always hated it. Does not help when you are in pressure situation.

I know. Suddenly, it's 3rd and 10. It's just not worth it.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Moss made the worst mistake of his professional career. He has to live with this for the rest of his career.

Well he was kind of between a rock and a hard place if he wanted to play past this year.

Clearly

Don't know exactly what he did to get kicked off Belichick Island but it must have been a doozy. He HAS to know that he'll spend the season in frustration. Nice job by Cro tonight; didn't think he had it in him at the season's start.

Favre's elbow is shot. Go to bed Brett.

Well he was kind of between a rock and a hard place if he wanted to make all the money he wanted to make after this year.

Fixed that for you.

It's really too bad that Favre couldn't have connected with Harvin on the previous play. They could have won on a field goal and dropped the Jets in the division. Bah.

On the plus side, I have no fear of going against the Vikings later this year. No fear.

I am actually encouraged by this. The Jets defense looked vulnerable against a clearly inept and terrible Viking offense (the whole year). Revis was smoked numerous times. No pass rush in second half. Jets receive a gift at the altar of Favre. The Vikings should have won by 14 and everyone who watched the game and doesn't live in New Jersey knows it.

Sanchez looked like Sanchez in the second half.

It was probably better he dropped that ball. It would have not gone far and kept the clock running.

Clock management anyone?

Say what you will, Lord Favre is pure entertainment.

They're out of timeouts. This is hopeless.

Favre doesn't understand the whole "Need a FG to win". He just really doesn't get it.

I hope he knows nothing but failure and embarrassment and suspension and dogs peeing on his leg from now until the end of the season. Or his life.

the favre ballwashing still contiues by the crew

Yea well it's potentially a whole lot of money he'd have given up. A potential lockout he could be going into 2012 without a contract at 35 with this last year (2010) having some pretty mediocre (for him) statistics. Even a 1 year prove it deal is hard there because he'd be 36 after "proving" it.

But yeah he'll probably end up regretting it.

ctpatsfan77 makes a mental note never to get on Bella*chick's bad side.

Sancheese had a 61.0 qb rating...with all the new toys....terrific over the 50 yard line field position on at least 7 drives...and Greene runs it in from 23 for their only offensive TD of the night...that is pathetic
