I dunno 'bout all this star bizness, but I noticed ima not allowed to quote one particular person 'round here. I was all ready to give my opinion on one of their opinions, I clicked the quote button in order to do so, and... nuthin! lol. That was quite the surprise, lemme tell ya.

I just blocked all the ratings, so I never see them. The one-star bandit's apparently been at it for some time.

How do you block this? I don't recall ever seeing the setting.

I think the biggest problem with the rating system is that if you rate a thread you have to give it at least one star, and some threads clearly do not deserve any stars.

I can see why there aren't negative stars, but why are we required to give worthless threads a star?

I used to rate good threads and give the odd 1 star to a really ridiculous threads but I haven't done it for some time because there is somebody rating every thread 1 star and it ruins the idea behind having a rating system.
