At his age, this sucks. This could be the end for him, if they have a lock out next season. What a bummer. Anytime they were 3rd and long, and he came in, you just knew he would get the first for us. Great player, great leader.

Kevin Faulk is a bust. What a horrible pick by Bobby Grier. I'm looking forward to seeing what the new kid, JR Redmond, can do in tomorrow's game, and hopefully Drew Bledsoe bounces back against the Jets, because if we go 0-2, the season is done. If we go 0-2, Belichick should be fired.

Faulk, what a waste of a pick. It's been 3 years and he hasn't gained 500 yards TOTAL!!!!!!

Even if Maroney was still with NE, he wouldn't have been the 3rd down back. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Maroney would struggle to understand this.

Big loss on 3rd down for the Pats, which will be tough to replace. He had a knack for finding the sticks.

Kevin Faulk is one of my favorite players in the NFL and I'm a Chargers fan. I am sorry to hear about his injury and pray that he will be back next year tearing it up again. Dude has a heart bigger than his body and is an example of what is right in the NFL.
