It's easy, and only takes a few moments.IIRC, Wilfork played one-gap at Miami was was excellent at shooting the gap. One reason Traylor started ahead of him for the first half of his rookie year was that he (Wilfork) had to learn 2-gap.I hate Jenkins with a passion but I think in Rex Ryan's defense he is "better" than Vince Wilfork due to his ability to shoot gaps, penetrate, and cause disruption in the backfield. However if running a defense like ours, Wilfork is the better option IMO due to his size to eat up blockers, technique, and because I think he's a little better at stopping the run.
That video just made me run through four walls. My wife is now uber-peeved... thanks a lot!
Imagine how Bianca feels when Vince watches and get's the crazy I love you hunny look in his eye...That video just made me run through four walls. My wife is now uber-peeved... thanks a lot!

I wouldn't sell Wilfork short.

The best part of that video is right before the music change, the fire, that's what our defense is missing right now. Seymour is a monster, I miss that guy
Isn't the helmet slap illegal?
Nah, he's a JAG. :bricks:
Only if you get CAUGHT. Btw, that's a good rule for life in general. And living in Brooklyn, I know all about that mindset that's prevalent with the freaking natives 'round here.
Holding is illegal too. Everybody holds. You just gotta know where the line is drawn and who's lookin'.
Jenkins beatch slaps a guy upside the head and sends him sprawling like a fool to the turf? Hey, more power to him. I'd like to see some crap like that from The Pats. A freaking female sports radio host in NYC on WFAN is calling Brady "Tom LADY". It ain't very far from the truth. She was going off how he spins around looking for calls from the back judge all the time. It was cooler back when Wilfork pulled a 3 Stooges on the Giants running back when he got too all up in Vince's face during the week 17 game in '07. Vince poked him in the eye like Moe Howard. That sh*ts only illegal if you get caught.
Pats need to play the bad boy more this year. Slap a couple a opponents helmets, for crissakes. A few 15 yard unnecessary roughness calls in he 1st halves? Big deal. Get some respect from the league back. Ravens took away any lingering remnants of that in January. Maybe the Pats shoulda slapped 'em upside the head a little more. Instead we see Kevin Faulk being the ONLY guy who manned up. Come on now.
And Tom Lady is so busy daydreaming about his chick, he throws a ball right to a Raven.
Dude doesn't even have enough influence with her to make sure she doesn't give birth during the season. Nice timing. And you wonder why the woman on WFAN New York is calling him Tom Lady.
Friggin' Jenkins' helmet slap is lookin' pret-ty good to me on that loop right now. Where's WILLIE McGuinness when you need him???????
Gawd.
Just to be clear, are you openly a Jets fan or are you trying to troll by passing as one of us? If the latter, you're failing pretty hard.
