Ordick will be a bust. Tebow will be a four year down the road possible TB replacement who can learn. When Ordick is dealt for a fifth rounder in 2013, Tebow will still be a Pat IMO(DISCLAIMER).
I still can't get my mind around drafting a quarterback to possibly take over as starter 4 years from now (given the curious assumption that Tommy will be gone in 4 years). So not only do we pass up a player who can contribute to this team over the next 3 years and sign Tebow to a significant contract, but in four years, Tebow is an unrestricted free agent and we have no clue if he's a quarterback we can win with.
If Tommy today gave a press conference that he was 100% sure he was retiring in 2014, I still would advocate waiting until at least 2012 to draft his replacement. It's not like the next couple of drafts aren't going to have quarterbacks in them.
