In the past trades really slowed things down and muddied the waters, but I don't care one way or the other, my suggestion was when we filled all GM spots we take a vote on whether or not to allow trades.

I would give up a 1st for him, but that is just me.

Can't view private message. Last year we designated so many picks per day. What happens is early on we move real fast and when one person dissapears it slows the whole process down. So a message to the newbies please be prepared to check the draft board on a regular basis once we start. We will need to implement a deadline rule per pick to keep things moving along. I'm all for trades as long as it's strictly 2010 pick for 2010 pick. If we start getting into players and future picks it could get ridiculous. There's a value chart from last year's thread we can use as a tool for making fair deals.
