I don't think Brady or Manning can be ranked ahead of Montana right now.

Manning at least has to win as many rings as Tom.

Tom has to at least win one post Spygate Superbowl.

I know it's not a popular opinion in the Northeast but talk to the majority of people outside of the region and it's just the way it is.
