I like Ty Law, he is still my favorite former Patriot. I hope he does well. I was just thinking last night how he might be done after what happened with the Jets last season.

look's like josh is realy trying to make denver just like the pats by signing old over the hill player that cant bring much more then just leadership

ty law is one of my fav's but i dont think he can offer them much at this point

Best of luck to Ty, unless he faces the Pats

There's nothing that I would like more than for Law to have the game-sealing INT against the Colts. That would be pretty awesome.

I really liked Law when he was here, but it is 5 years after and he's not that good. Will be interesting to see how he does....but I have to agree..his family must be hungry.

ty was awesome when he was here...but i have to think if bill doesnt think he has nothing left in the tank, then he probably doesnt......

Re: Ty Law is back signed by the Broncos

didnt he say in an interview back at the begining of the season when the 50th team was announced that he would only come back and play for the pats and no one but the pats?

Ty was the man and he was tough to replace. I'll always wish him well because he did a lot for this team but in recent years his possible return always became a huge drama, fueled in part by him.

Freakin' Josh dug him up and signed him LOL. Just like BB does. There'll be a showdown

Bill essentially tried to sign him every season since he left until he got tired of playing the jilted suitor. This season he made sure he had no room on the roster for him. If he has one great game left in him hopefully he'll play it in Indy... He knows Manning's offense as well as any of his current receivers.

that's what people used to say when NE signed an old guy

IMO josh is looking like belichik jr right now, this could turn out to be gold

Maybe Seau... Oh wait. Good luck Ty, always one of my favorites.

Re: Ty Law is back signed by the Broncos

Broncos waive Jack Williams to make room. I don't think he'll last to our position, but we should claim him. Very good tackler and is tight with Edelman.

Re: Ty Law is back signed by the Broncos

The vicious rumors that Ty with his added weight is now going to play MLB are untrue.

Well according to tonight, he had another kid, so his kids have to eat

Ty Law was great from 95- 03... Then he got the Lawyer syndrome...

We cut him, but was thinking about coming back, since no one wanted him, he signs with the jets..

Then thinking he was coming back, he signs with the Chiefs...

Then he was thinking about coming back to us, he signed with the jets ...

Now he signs with Denver after he signs it was either here or new england..

Who cares about ty law... I dont...

the ball washing of law is going down on espn

I had to laugh at the espn.com headline when Law signed

"Ex-pat Law signs with Broncos"

Uhh, he played with the Jets and Chiefs which were his most recent teams. Kinda funny how they are so brain-washed with the Pats.

If any over the hill CB could still make a crafty play here or there it's him. I could see him pulling off the odd interception if they don't expect him to really cover consistently. Who knows what defenses they might throw out? They certainly have a guy that covers as well as anyone, which could make up for some lapses on Law's part.

I have no love for the person, but he was a great player for us, in a league with my namesake as a tough corner (almost) and as smart and opportunistic as any CB in this era.
