Tommy Kelly fell on it and it looked like it bent to me. He left on a cart. It didn't look good no matter the damage.

Leon Washington was just carted off the field in Oakland. This does not look good for the Jets. At the very least, he's going to be out for many weeks. At the worst, his season is done. As he was being carted off the field, the trainer immobilized his leg and Washington was not moving... even a little.

I can't root for or celebrate injuries. After seeing what opposing fans said about Brady when he got hurt... I wouldn't want to stoop to their level.

I have to agree.

I quite despise the Jest, but having heard Washington and seen him on local media here, he really appears to be a decent bloke. And this was his contract year.

Couldn't happen to a better group of fans, but it's hard to wish an injury on a guy like Leon Washington. I've got no reason to dislike the guy, and a broken ankle just sucks. Hope he recovers well.
