So, let me get this straight. Thomas is so bad that the JAGS we have as back-ups are better? There is something more here than meets the eye. Chris Johnson better not have a HUGE day. Color me scared.

I like Thomas. He has been asked to do so much - playing out of position all teh time - and has perfromed well. Not sure why the production has dropped off this year. Same could be said for a lot of the Patriots starters.

Damn, that's surprising. It was obvious that he wasn't playing well, but who's going to take his snaps instead? Pierre Woods? I like Woods, but damn... must be worse than we thought.

He wasn't producing as a pass rusher, but Thomas always stood out to me as being excellent in coverage and against the run. There's value in that, even if it's not flashy... more to this story than has come out yet, IMO.

This is what I'm going with. I agree that this isn't a solid benching. That just doesn't make sense.

I agree with this, an unexpected illness/off the field issue. Something like that. He hasn't "sucked" so bad to deserve a benching

Hm, I'm willing to give ADT the benefit of the doubt based on the fact he might be the 'do-everything' LB at this point which would definitely impact his stats downward.

If not, this is huge. Between Galloway, and now Thomas, it may be that BB has 'had it' with effort and output levels of this team. Wow.
