I was listening to the Big Show on the way home today and heard them talking about the Vrabel trade and the cap effect. They kept referencing Miguel and Patsfans.com during the discussion. It was Tom Curran of NBC sports (formerly ProJo) saying it, and I have heard him before mention that patsfans is where he turns for cap numbers!

That's great, and well deserved. Miguel is the man...no question. We're lucky to have him around. He's been running that site now (in one form or another) for longer than I've had one (well over 10-years). He's a veteran
