I'm assuming you're not counting the 5-11 2000 season (which is before the dynasty took off anyway).

From 2001 to now, the Patriots are 22-6 after a loss. They've also never lost to the same division rival twice in the same season. They did lose twice to the Broncos and Colts in 2005 and 2006 respectively if you count the playoffs, but that's about it.
