I think Molewisrocks was the poster who pointed out that our D last week against the Bolts was concentrating on stopping their running game. I agree that we did a good job of that but we paid for it by not being able to stop their passing game.
I sincerely hope that we don't go the other way around, especially given the Broncos reputation for devising excellent schemes for their RBs.
If our D could devise some schemes to confuse Cutler and make him throw some INT, I think we can give our offense a longer leash to get something going.
I am not expecting MC to light it up but hope he does enough to keep the chains moving and put us in a position to score at least 20. Will Faulk and Morris be adequte to give ground support so that we could keep the drive going? I hope so...
And puhlease!! We better score if we are near 5 yds of the goal line. No more embarassing goal line failures...
And for ST: I hope they continue to do well and now start getting some points when returning kick-off returns and/or causing the Broncos to fumble close to our goal line.
