Yet more ad hominem because you cannot debate on the facts.
I do not have hatred for McDaniels, but I am able to objectively see, over a 3 year body of evidence, that he isn't the offensive God you and others make him out to be. The guy comes in with good game plans, but is horrible with in-game adjustments.
Rather than brand every McDaniels criticism from anybody as being out of hate, why don't you take a look in the mirror and think about why you get so uppity every time anyone says a negative thing about him? In terms of who is a less objective fan, it is the one who refuses to see any faults with his team whatsoever.
LOL! I would be glad to debate facts with you. Let me know when you actually offer some up because you have been trashing this guy forever without any facts. You compare him to Weis and when I display facts where I showed the Pats averaged 4-5 three an outs per game within 10 of their 16 games in 2003, you ignore it. You just would rather go with the perception that Weis never struggled on offense than the facts that he did. I deal with facts all the time.
I never said that McDaniels was an "offensive God". I said he was an above average OC who still has more learning to go.
You blame him for "sloppy mistakes" like Thomas' late hit and Gaffney's dropped pass last week because that is the OC responsibility, but refuse to credit him with the fact that the Pats as a team have committed an amazing 4 penalties in the last three weeks. There's a fact for you. Of course you won't give McDaniels the credit for the efficiencies of minimizing penalties, but only blame him for the infrequent ones.
I wouldn't be so vigil about defending the guy if there wasn't guys like you and NEM before you who irrationally bash the guy for everything and credit him for next to nothing. I can't wait for you to post for the 30th time that McDaniels is the Gen-X version of Norv Turner (which I don't think it is as big of a diss as you intend it to be since Turner is a very good OC, but horrible head coach).
