If Brady will be punished, it has not been disclosed to him or the Patriots.

There is a theory that Brady and the Patriots are working with the league to resolve the Deflategate matter, but a variety of sources have told the Herald the NFL is working solely on its own accord to reach a conclusion. There have been zero negotiations between the sides to resolve this matter, and the NFL is not dealing with the Patriots or Brady in any sort of way, according to the sources familiar with the situation.
It's certainly possible the Patriots, including Brady, could be disciplined or even exonerated today after Ted Wells disclosed a 243-page report. Sources have told the the Herald that a verdict is extremely close to being divulged, even indicating Friday morning that a Friday afternoon announcement was possible. Of course, that timeline came and went, but it was a sign the league was closing in on its verdict.
Whatever that verdict happens to be, the NFL is working on its own and not revealing its decision-making process with the Patriots or Brady.
