Yeah, like BB signs people all the time because they need jobs :bricks:he needs a job
Youkr disappointment is due to unrealistic expectations. You groom all your late round picks hoping they will develope, and if one in ten does, you've won. You've gotten a player for nothing.I'm just disappointed we spend years grooming one or two low round or UDFA's that don't amount to much.

It is incredible to me how we can have the best team in the decade, and still have so much negativity around it.
Droop-heads like the stone guy say they are just being realistic. Well, being realistic is saying that the Patriots system has worked better than anyone else's, and it worked partially because of the flyers the team takes, and partially because of their policy of cutting a year too early rather than a year too late.
Rather than being grateful for this gift of a team we have been given, we carp because a draf pick or two didn't work out, and whine about UDFAs who don't make the team.
It never ceases to boggle my mind.

Your answer is as good as mine. I think TBC will be a fine backup, but nothing more. There are times when he can get after the QB, but he relies too much on his speed. With that said, BB will get the most out of TBC in pass rushing situations.
It's great that he was available, considering the situation. Just doesn't make me want to go woo woo, though.
Do we have a couple possible starters at OLB, plus Crable?...or do we have a couple career special teamers? Getting kind of close to the season for those kind of questions IMO.
B..b..b..but Belichick tendered Woods, signed TBC, kept Craig and Redd, never drafted an OLB, then cut Craig and Redd, clearly he's throwing darts at Don Shula's picture to make his decisions! However, as soon as he signs Wilie McGinest's wheelchair the party can start.I live by two rules
Rule #1...In Belichick I Trust
Rule #2...in all other cases, refer to Rule #1
I missed that option on the poll! :violent: I so wanted to choose that one.look..why sweat it...you really want Booby Grier and **** McPherson back?

I'm sorry, I seem to have wandered into the religion forum.
While I'm here, I'd just like to state my belief in a strong defense and a running game as the rock upon which championships are built. Hallelujah.
