The saints had the 19th best offense with their QB injured and their best player out for much of that time (Kamara). Keeping that Offense to 20 is nothing to be ashamed of.
Corkys Uncle Rob is blaming the Pats defense because of a lack of turnovers.

I think the problem here is that Belichick still thinks his way was the secret sauce to success all those years. But he is now missing a couple of critical ingredients.

First, he is missing Tom Brady, the ultimate lubricant. A good "Good Cop Bad Cop" act, requires a good cop. Belichick thinks his drill sergeant ways works, but it is causing a lot of resentments from the players without Brady smoothing everything over.

The other thing to me, is that Belichick doesn't practice what he preaches. You can't tell all the players the only thing matters is football and they have to do right by the team when you put two of your kids in key positions without qualifications. Even if they are capable, the fact that they got their feet into the door is already a hindrance to the overall message. It's like at your job, if your boss preaches being available all the time and work all around the clock, but he takes every other Friday off. The employees won't take kindly to that and is not going to be motivated

Should be blaming Corky for a surfeit of turnovers

Not sure if he's lost the locker room or not, but some of these players will should be losing their locker room access cards. Things should go from green to red for a lot of these guys.

Can't wait to see what t-shirts they wear this week.
And now we know. "Embrace the Suck," along with a long winded explanation on why it's a good saying.

This is weirder than any team I've ever made fun of before. Can't make up this stuff.

All the hallmarks of teams we made fun of for 20+ years. Failed draft picks, tension in the locker room, corny antics like the t-shirts, and seemingly no direction.

any team that gives up consecutive 3d and 8 when the game is still "somewhat" in the balance (the first was from the NO 8), yes, has quit. wide open receivers, missed tackles, pass rush not getting near the QB is the very definition of quit...so they quit and they're not good...a great combination from the HC of the NEP
The Chiefs gave up three 3rd and 10+ in a row vs the Pats in the late stages of an AFCCG. They didn't quit.
