Smart move by Holmgren. Mangini had his team playing hard and improving at the end of the season. I don't know what he can do to fix the quarterback issue, though.

About the quarterback issue. They can go two ways with it. 1.) Keep Cribbs and start running the wildcat while also using Quinn in a backup role. 2.) Go for a QB in the later rounds. Someone like Jonathan Crompton or Dan LeFevour (personally I would go with Crompton). Then from there, you see what you can get from him.
Or they could do both. The Browns will need to go defensive the first couple of round (S, CB, DE) but I think offensively, at WR, RB, and TE, they have talent and potential. Maybe another WR to help Massaquoi stretch the field. Add in Cribbs who is explosive out of the backfield and continues to develop as a WR, then you have a pretty good looking offense.
