Patriot hate at it's best.......
With this idiot commissioner leading the charge. He is a vindictive egomaniac and this puff piece is pure propoganda that would make Goebbels proud.
He has to be part of the story, I think he has a God complex. He is almost protective of the Rothlisbegers and Vicks because they show the public remorse. I don't believe either one but if they play ball, Goodell gets to fulfill his Christ fantasy, everyone looks good and he will minimize the punishment.
We know that's not going to happen with Belichick so the punishment becomes a massive overeaction, even though it is counterproductive to the overall good of the league and the top team of the last decade.
What Denver did was much worse than what NE did but McDaniels played ball,
and the punishment:
Denver taping practices = $50,000 fine
New England taping signals out in the open, nothing secret about it = loss of a 1st rounder, $750,000 in fines and the label of "cheaters" for everyone to use.

Goody needs to be careful here. As much of an ally Kraft is to him, he needs to be careful when attacking his employees- especially ones that have a direct hand in making his franchise the 3rd highest in total valuation.
If he starts to venture closer to tarishing the teams brand, Kraft may get a bit testy with Goody
They should havefired him for going 18-1?If the Pats had fired Belichick after the SB42 debacle, like they should have, this issue would be dead and buried. Thanks Bill.....
Regime change in Egypt....time for regime change in Foxboro....

My friend said it best just now after reading that. Bob Kraft has no BALLS. His words not mine. I usually defend our owner to the haters. But on this matter, I'm with my friend. This is Kraft's team. Shouldn't he remind this guy who he works for?

This is completely out of control. How can people in the Patriots organization just sit by and allow the to keep happening?

Link to apology that even Tony Dungy described as "heartfelt and sincere"
Kraft, Belichick address owners, apologize for Spygate - NFL - ESPN

That ship has sailed. The brand is tarnished. As for me as a fan, I don't care about the branding. I feel good about the Patriots.
