Re: Program Alert: BB on NFLN Tuesday night

Downloaded torrent from TYT, I have to say I was pretty impressed with the download speed, the whole file finished downloading in like 3 minutes.

Re: Program Alert: BB on NFLN Tuesday night

I thought it was neat when he was talking to the boys on the sidelines and telling the younger one the story about how this coach gave grampy a job as an equipment manager when he really needed one and then ended up signing him to play fullback. And how that guy was Bill's godfather...

I thought that was a real nice moment as you could see how proud of his Dad he was as he told the story.

Re: Program Alert: BB on NFLN Tuesday night

I was laughing when he heard that Mayo was considering getting another truck, which he thought was three. BB said, how about a Volvo, Mayo says.....no.

Those are the guys we want playing on this team...:)

Re: Program Alert: BB on NFLN Tuesday night

I recorded the show and watched it last night. Great stuff! My wife is a Pats fan but not nearly as much into football as I am but she loved it. She was suprised by how little screaming the guy does - yet he gets his point across and is tough.

For me, it's just great seeing him get into the details - like when he spent a minute or two with Kyle Eckel talking about how he put too much weight on his hand in the 3-point stance.

There is no coaching topic related to this team that BB cannot address and you can tell that he LOVES teaching this game.

The one word I would use to describe William Belichick? ECONOMICAL.

There is no wasted motion, no wasted activity and, linguistically, his speech pattern (outside of press conferences) is incredibly spartan and to the point.

I love watching him miked up compared to the verbose yelling of other coaches when they are miked. The postgame lockerroom cheerleader routine by Pete Carroll this week was classic. One would think every other NFL coach is paid by the word.

Belichick DOES speak alot with his team and staff - - at work he is NOT a man of few words - - just a man of few WASTED words.

Great points - even when he's talking before the Super Bowl(s). The closest that he gets to "rah-rah" is "Do your job" and "Only one team comes out a winner and if we play well it will be us." He really is a unique individual. It's too bad that people who aren't Pats fans, who truly appreciate the nuances of this game, generally can't see past their hatred for the man to appreciate how much he loves the study and intellectual side to this game. Hey, if I were a Jets, Colts, or Steelers fan I'd likely have the same issue!

Re: Program Alert: BB on NFLN Tuesday night

This program was awesome. As Felger would say, porn for Pats fans.

I could've watched about 5 hours of that stuff.

Says they're at their max for new users... that sucks. Any chance anybody could give me their username and password (not like its anything private), as I'd like to scan through their database and see what else I could download.

Re: Program Alert: BB on NFLN Tuesday night

Liked the scene with the son doing homework in his office. One thing that stood out was that big TV on BB's desk. He's coy about making people think he's not into watching football stuff on TV -- like saying he might watch a little of the game Saturday night - -but I bet he's pretty into it.

Just click on the link I provided, and you can just download the file directly (no torrent) to your hard drive just like you would anything else. I'll see if I can find an additional one.
