Boldin and Jones for me. Benjamin did nothing prior to a contract year.I'd take Boldin and Travis Benjamin.
And don't forget that Blaine Gabbert was his QB for several games..lol no....
Boldin actually consistently produced in SF last year, 6 games with 70+ receiving yards, Almost 800 yards receiving and he missed 2 games. Johnson did absolutely nothing outside of showing up against Houston in Houston and catching 2 TDs.
So why not do both in one year? Nab Sterling Shepherd in the 2nd, sign Boldin, and we are set at WR for next year.Boldin would be nice for a year but I get a little sick of these stop gap players. I'd really like to hit a good reciever in the draft.
I definitely think Boldin can replace what Lafell's production was in 2014. (Around 900-ish yards, good steady outside target.)Boldin would be a nice replacement for LaFell.
Tough, proven and has solid hands. Literally the anti-LaFell.
Still need other weapons though. Would love Boldin and Sanu or Jones.

Those are the type of guys that seem to thrive in the Brady era offenses though. (Moss being the exception)I'm a fan of Shepard but that would put Edelman, Amendola, Martin and Shepard on the same roster (not to mention Harper). That's a lot of smaller guys.

Hes going to be 36 on oct 3rd.......no thanks.@Rand_Getlin As free agency approaches I'm told #49ers WR Anquan Boldin wants to play for a team that can compete at the highest level. Important to him.
Too late on him? He coulf still help.
